Most of these services have some amount of free traffic included with the basic price, and charge $0.25/MB for traffic over this amount.

Users will continue to connect to the Internet with their current
Internet provider so they make a local phone call.
However, they set up a mail program with the POP server to be
online.offshore.com.ai and their email comes from their account
here.
They can FTP files to this machine to put them on the Web.
We can advise people on how to do all of this.

Everything above and your own Internet domain for email
and web site in that domain.
This includes
an Anguillian domain name ending in ".off.ai".
You can also get
an internic name and use our name servers.
So it will look as if you have your
own machine on the Internet but does not cost that much.
This also gives you 20 MB of disk space.
Your own machine housed in our airconditioned room, connected to
our T1 Internet connection, and fed with 110 V power. This is a full Internet
node with your own domain name.
Each day (or week if you wish) we will cycle backup tapes
(assuming it has a tape drive). Additional traffic after
the first 3 GB each month costs $0.30/MB.
